I turn in my uniform in 9-9-20 I have yet to get my 150.00 dollar back from my uniform . They continue to tell me it’s a system problem it’s 1-20-21 and I’m still waiting for my money ! No one answer the phone at all !!

This review is regarding this company’s employee, and not about being employed with this company. I, as a patron to a reputable city organization, had a horrible experience with its employee scolding, harassing, acting with power and control, misogynistic behavior. If anyone is thinking about working with this company, hiring a security team for your establishments or organizations, look else where. I had contacted the organization where the incident took place to learn that it was Securitas’ personnel. This company will taint your reputations and sabotage the clientele experience.
Would not recommend still haven’t received 3 wks worth of checks because they had to mail them out because of COVID didn’t tell anybody they would b making this change so people would be aware their money would b late then because u don’t have money u cnt travel for work and they’re not going to compensate your money loss because of their issues
Worked faithfully for this company for almost a year. They deducted funds from my paycheck for uniforms which they promised to refund upon my return of the uniforms after my employment ended. Now six weeks later after I've returned the uniforms i have not received my money back for the uniforms. No one is responding to my inquiries about this nor is anyone trying to help me...very disappointed. I had perfect attendance and did a great job on there behalf.why they are doing this I have no idea.Bad business, bad employer!
This company is unprofessional and awful. The workers are rude and uneducated. The managers and supervisors bully people and show lots of favoritism. The workers will smile in your face and stab you in the back because the workers love kissing a. It will be times they will mess up your check so keep a track of your hours. If anyone have problems here call the main office in California because the office here in Chicago do what they want to do. Plus, the representatives from Cali fly here to fire many terrible managers here in Chicago that receive many complaints. The Chicago office has an HR department that does not know city, state, and federal laws. If anyone have a problem just look up what an Equal Pay Act, Title 7, IL has an bullying law, and the overtime laws to as well because this organization goes against many other laws. I have heard many stories how this company fire people over many bogus things. I heard from many workers that when one ask for their raises each year and it is by union contract. The company will try their best to get rid of you when one is asking for his or her raise which is very crazy. I would recommend workers and clients to look at other security companies because Securitas is a total mess.
