I come here every Friday night. The only thing I order is the large jumbo shrimp. Over time, I got to know the cashier, Gigi, because she was just so polite, warm, and welcoming. She was great at multitasking! Answering phones, taking orders and bagging all at the same time. I would leave her a 20 tip because she deserved it. Idk what happened but, she was too good of a worker to be fired. What did y’all do? I need answers.

I love this sharks location as I have been coming here since I was a child. I’ve seen the various transitions that have been made over the years and I am so happy that they are still around! My only complaint is the newest cashier. I can tell she means well, but she is too combative with customers. If I called in an order and it was miscommunicated, there should be a back and forth about who was wrong, just a solution to the problem. I’ve seen similar comments to this one about the cashiers and I do not want to be the cause of someone getting fired, just maybe get her some customer service lessons.

Love it here! Food is always fresh! My whole family dines in every weekend. Front counter associates are wonderful!

I placed a phone order at 11:02. The male that answer the phone(Who was the cook)made me fill very rushed, I guess this was due to the fact that it was close to closing. Once I got to the location I was told that there was no over the phone order ever placed. It’s kind of hard to say that when I have the restaurants phone number in my call log along with the time and longevity of the said call(I guess I’m the liar). I reordered the food and was told that half the order was not available. Very poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
