Andy was a peach! I ordered Rachel Simpson shoes and they were beautiful but they were slightly too big. Andy tried to order the same ones in the right size but they weren’t going to be available in time for my wedding so he recommended a different style. They were perfect! Great customer service, received the shoes within days and just in time for my wedding. Thank you Andy and Silver Moon Chicago! You will forever be a part of my big day!

Sliver Moon was the perfect place to go for all of my bridal needs. Working with Liz was a dream come true. I was on the fence about wearing a veil, I tried on a few and was not comfortable in them. I discussed with Liz and explained to her I wanted the traditional feel without being too bridal, if that makes any sense! She found the perfect simple veil that gave me that combination of drama and tradition without feeling over the top. In addition, the first pair of earrings and hairpiece Liz showed me I fell in love with! AND the SHOES!!! There are no words for how much I loved the shoes. My dress was platinum gray and immediately Liz knew the perfect shoe. Liz and her team have such incredible attention to detail and they really care.
Silver Moon was able to schedule my fitting very quickly when we decided to move our wedding up by two months, with only a little over a month until the date. But Colleen did a great job and made my dress fit me beautifully! I really appreciate Silver Moon’s flexibility, quality work, and professionalism.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the customer service I received at Silver Moon, especially amidst the pandemic. I have been in contact with them for several months to obtain my dream wedding shoe; when they did not have my size in the preferred style, they lent me a different pair with the same heel height so that I could proceed with my dress alterations. As we patiently waited for my shoes (size and style) to arrive - which was quite delayed due to the pandemic - they maintained superb communication and trustworthiness. Even though I have had to postpone my wedding twice, I now have my dream shoes, which are beautiful and perfect. I truly feel this outcome would not have been possible without the persons with whom I communicated. I highly recommend Silver Moon!
I went to Silver Moon for wedding dress alterations of my BHLDN dress. They did a fantastic job and I am so excited to wear my dress in a few short weeks. While COVID has thrown a loop into things, they always made me feel comfortable and made it a lot of fun to visit and try my dress on! So helpful, very kind and did a fantastic job with my dress. Highly receommend.
