Imitiyaz was awesome, will come back for his service.
The only place where I buy glass and accessories. They have, literally, the best prices for the quality of product and service you receive. I always introduce friends to this place and highly recommend it. There's a lot of shops like this close by, but this is the only one you need to visit to be completely satisfied on many different levels.
The guy was so high he answered every question I asked with a question. His eyes were red and just stared at me the whole time. Literally felt bad that this nice store had him at the front.
The people that work here are extremely friendly and very helpful. One of the only 3 places in Chicago I know that actually sale Dohka tobacco
