I'd give a zero star rating if I could. If anything changes after this review I'll gladly give an update. So here's my story...I ordered the Tornillo jar 7.1 oz. off their website, this was 1.25.21. On 1.27.21 I receive a tracking number. Since then i've received zero information or updates regarding my shipment. Even before I placed my order I sent a message to them via Facebook Messenger as they request on their site, to ask a question. I never received a reply or anything. Last week I sent another messager, via the contact form on their site and again haven't received a response yet. This was to ask where my package is, since UPS tracking reads "shipment ready for UPS". They were quick to deduct the funds from my account but can't take the time to provide any customer service. If/when I receive my package, that'll be the final purchase for me regarding any Solia product. I've bought Solia products in the past from other retailers and loved them, but this just killed everything. UPDATE: 2.10.21 - Received a reply apologizing for the non response, order, etc. Refund was given & order canceled but never informed if my order ever left the facility. Oh well....
