I recently moved to the city and I was looking around for a new space to workout. One of my girlfriends recommended SoulCycle to me. I figured I would give it a shot even though I’ve never taken a spin class/ been on a bike before. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken at the door (COVID precautions). I was then given shoes to change into and a locker for my belongings. Once I was all set up I walked into the dark candle lit room. My instructor, James, helped my attach my shoes to the pedals (lol) and the class began. It was the most intense workout I’ve had in a long time. James hyped everyone up, music bumpin, sweat dripping. He really pushes you to your limit in the best way. If I felt as though I needed to stop for a sec, I could do so without judgement. When it was over I could hardly walk, but I will definitely do it again.

I'm an avid biker in the summer and have been really wanting to try this. Well it was a workout, didn't know what to expect but it was intense. The hardest workout of my life. I could of gone at my own pace but being a couple person I did my best to keep up. It was awesome! Our instructor was Devin I believe and he was great at keeping everyone pumped up. I will be going back!! A lot of fun!

Central, hot, sweaty and once in a while you’ll be in class with Bulls Center, Cristiano Felicio. Hilarious to see someone 7’ on a cycle. That’s not the reason to go here, but it’s a cool bonus when it happens.

I’m an avid cycler from out of town and have been trying to make it to SoulCycle on my visits home to see what the buzz is about. Finally made it on a Friday afternoon and I can see why people love it. I expected it to be a bit intimidating but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and I could tell it wasn’t just because I was new. It’s different than other places, with no stats. No numbers. Which creates a totally unique feeling of having to push yourself and hold yourself accountable. I enjoyed the fresh challenge and the constant motivation from the instructor and the music was great. Ended up showering and getting ready for my day there and the amenities were outstanding. I’ll be back when I’m in town again!

Really liked it...getting bored with my spin classes at the gym this is for sure a step up. Gone to most the teachers and each provides a different ride. THE ONLY NEGATIVE\u003e.and it's an easy fix... IF you have stuff to get in your locker after class...the next class is waiting right as you get out ....its a cluster of people and you have to almost wait till the next class starts to get to your locker. The same being on the other end...coming into a class...you have the people coming out...they should give a little more time between classes....I finally just stepped outside ..let the crowd break and went back in to my locker...

I was drug here by my ex girlfriend and I turned out really liking it. I don't go anymore, but I attribute it to my now love of cycling. If you're a dude on the fence, try it.
