We were connected with Sparks Interior through Costco and working with both Jan, the window treatment consultant, and Wally the installer was a pleasure. Jan was incredibly thorough, patient and helpful, even when we made a number of changes. She was very quick to get any questions we had answered and guided us on the pros and cons of different options we were considering. Wally contacted us quickly for both measurements and installation and the entire process was very efficient. I would recommend Sparks Interior to anyone shopping for blinds, Costco discount or not. We will definitely work with them on any future projects.

It took a few times until they got back to me, and then a lovely lady helped me out with choosing and buying. I needed about 15 shades around the house, and three of those were supposed to be blackout blinds - I emphasized this numerous times - these are our bedroom blinds, and I was promised both by her and by the installer that they would block he sun. True - wherever the blind covers the window the sun is blocked - but the way that they designed the blinds they are too far from the window and too small to cover it, so that we wake up every morning to the first rays of light, like a Lazer beam into our pupils. Since I trusted both professionals in real design time, I was surprised when the shades were up and still the room was flooded with light. When I confronted the installer he said theres nothing to do and I should talk to the owners, when I spoke to the lady who sold me the blinds she had no good news for me either. So basically they sold me something I did not want and stuck me without the thing I desperately needed. We had regular cellular shades before and we horribly downgraded from those boring shades - we made a terrible mistake that cost us a lot of money. We were hoping that a small family company such as this one would help us figure out a solution to the problem that they caused but shrugging us off was insulting. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is how nice their sales person was and that we like our other shades. But the most important ones, the real reason we came to them in the first place, that's where they failed. We have definitely seen the light and would not be using Sparks interior again.
Sparks Interior service is top notch. We were recommended by Costco blinds installation and have used Sparks Interior for two of our home purchases. Maria is always prepared with recommendations, shares her thoughts on what works best in the space and is patient. We also had various swatches delivered to our home during the virtual consults. Originally we had an order in place for our new home and things took a turn with closing where we had to find a another home in short notice. Maria was seamless in the recommendations for our new layout. The service has always been responsive and helpful. The install was just as good. A quick demo of our blinds, helpful tips and recommendations for the charging management of our automatic blinds. Because we originally ordered through Costco, we received a shop card as well, bonus even with the exceptional service. Thank you Maria and team!
I found Sparks Interiors through my Costco membership. They helped me with awkward windows in my living room, bedroom, and study. I couldn't be happier. Deb was genius in helping me choose window coverings that would solve privacy AND light issues and look good, too. Kudos to Wally, the most amazing installer. I trusted his vision for the bedroom and study, and he was spot on! This is a great company, and I couldn't recommend them.
I found Sparks through their partnership with Costco. The salesperson, Joan was fantastic. My order came several weeks before expected, the installation by Wally (who is phenomenal) was prompt, quick, and the blinds fit perfectly. The whole process was a very pleasant experience and I LOVE my new blinds.
