Journey Inwards

Alright, so I drove from Wisconsin to Devon to try out Spinzer based on the reviews, and had their fried chicken, zinger burger, samosa chaat, hunter-beef sandwich, cheese kabab, beef samosa, chicken samosa, chinese rolls, chai, mayo garlic roll and beef khause. The food is definitely on economical side, average item price was 8 and the total was 55. The chat, samosas and chai were flavorful and we enjoyed them the most. The zinger was of mighty size but lacking flavor. The hunter beef was lacking any vinegar/acid taste, so it was more like shredded pulled beef sandwich. The mayo garlic roll was below average, it had a ton of greasy mayo and big chunks of onions. The chinese rolls were very doughy and below average. Cheese kabab was average with barely any cheese inside. And Beef Khause is still in our fridge, haven't given it a shot yet. Overall, not my favorite place, and definitely not worthy a drive from all the way from Wisconsin. There are definitely other flavorful better options especially if you are coming from a distance (Hint: Chi Tea in Lombard).
