You can always count on having a great customer service oriented experience at this Staples location. I'm always very pleased with not only what the store has to offer but the helpfulness of the employees as well.

Refreshing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. Nice selection of office chairs with floor models. Good price match policy, too.

I've been here a handful of times. It's easy to find what I need and get out quickly. Sometimes its hard to find a variety of an item but overall they have a good selection of products.

I came in wanting to drop off some USPS priority mail boxes. I misunderstood an employee earlier in the day and thought I could pay and send directly from Staples. That wasn't the case. Alex the gentleman who explained this to me was so nice and helpful. He helped me find a work around. He suggested I go online ony phone, pay for labels and send the PDF to the store to print so I could avoid going to the post office all together. He was super patient and offered me a stool while I was getting everything together which I really appreciated being that I'm 8 months pregnant. He turned a negative into a positive. The world needs more Alex's.
