Knowledgeable counter persons, usually quick in and out with material. Larger orders deal with inside sales and they have been helpful in fulfilling difficult and large orders. Show room has decent selection of battery powered tools, hand tools, small electrical material. What isn't on the shelves can be ordered. Delivery is available when needed. There certainly are other supply houses out there to choose from, we have had very good success with Steiner. Lighting people we have dealt with, Richard and Violet, have been excellent in their recommendations in lighting solutions. Their expertise has certainly solved several lighting issues.

Been going to Steiner for materials and tools for 10 or 11 years, bunch of nice guys they'll help you find what you are looking for.
I called looking for an electric company and the women who answered the phone had hung up on me in the middle of the phone call and then when I was asking her for additional information when I called back she hung up on me again. It was extremely unprofessional and rude
No body picks up the phone and when they do they put you on hold
They have a great supply. Not cheap.
