I had Yolanda to help me with my storage needs and she was COMPLETELY wonderful. She was very professional and so friendly. She answered all questions I had about my rental. I was completely done with the check in process in less than 15min. When I got to the unit it was clean and well lit. Jamie was on site to help me find my unit and help get settled in as well. I would highly recommend Storage Mart for storage needs!

Mamie and Yolanda is the best. Every time I come to visit my mother and brother units they are very nice and and pleasant. They are always willing to help even when i don't ask them to. i have seen them work with other customers and the service is always the same,which is great. i really appreciate the great customer service they provide.
Please do not store your beautiful furniture here!!!!I store my sofa and tables as well as a few boxes in one of these units there I paid 100 a month just to come in and see rat feces everywhere. This place is rat infested And bug infested! There is also a temperature issue in the building because all of my furniture was now molded.The rat droppings were everywhere so I decided to leave everything in the unit I did not want to risk bringing those rats home with me!I do not recommend for anyone to store their things in these units the customer service was terrible and they told me to put in a claim and they get back to me in 2 to 4 weeks but they take my money every month and had the nerve to charge me a 50 fee for cutting the lock and a 22 fee for coming a day after my lease ended. Please please please do not store your items here!!!! The rest of these reviews are FAKE!!! The lady in the office had terrible customer service, with all the ppl out of work these days I’m sure storage mart can afford to pay for someone with a much better skill set!
