For most of my life I have received medical treatment and advice from SCH from my doctor before his retirement, but when I had an emergency medical situation to which I popped my ankle, my experience was the worst. The old male doctor, who took a look at my ankle would not listen to me and treated me as if I was being dishonest. Like uh sir, you're getting paid to see patients, being rude and snarky isn't too much of a good look on you. I'm pretty sure he still works there, so if you see an old man with a flip phone treating you, that's him. Good luck babes, please go somewhere else if you're having an emergency crisis. Trust me you do not want to be dealing with rude people on top of the medical stress.

Great medical team and staff who assist patients and make sure they are safe. A strong system that assures the patients are comfortable and give them the care needed in an absurd emergency situation.

Never had a bad experience. All ER's have long wait times, thankful for care received.

The service was slow and there were some people that were slow/disinterested. Every time a new person came in, they would ask \what happened?\ again. This shows clear lack of communication. There was also non-transparency of communication for the amount of time it was going to take to tend to the patient. I understand that things could keep changing as the emergency cases keep coming in, and the target keeps moving. But, it is not unreasonable to expect an ETA with periodic communication of it being changed. I would like to know if I have to wait for 2 hours or 10 hours. That being said, a shout out to Ellie, Eric, Rebecca, and Dr. Danish. They played their roles well as medical professionals.

Rude, nasty front desk and customer service. Completely devoid of human empathy.
