The food is good but the service is horrible. I blame the long wait times on the owner of this business. The owner has two young women working to fill walk up and online orders and they struggle to keep up. It's obvious they need extra help. I placed my order at least 25 minutes before I went to pick it up and it was not ready. I then had to wait 15 more minutes for them to get to my order. The whole point of pick up is you should not have to wait too long if you give them enough time to fix your order and my order was a small order. It seems like we always have bad service in our(Black) neighborhoods and we have to do better. The owner needs to do better and hire more employees to work during prime hours when there are a lot of orders to fill.

I'm from Grand Rapids but have a lot of family in Chicago. Taste Bud was highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint! I got the jerk Philly cheese steak and it was perfection! Next time I'm in town I am heading back to try the jerk chicken Philly. The sauce on the fries is amazing as well. Highly recommend, great customer service, reasonably priced and love that you can see them make your food fresh.
