I dropped my laptop and the hinges came loose. I was charged 160 and it took 6 weeks. I called and was always told to call back and was told they couldn’t get my laptop back on. When I dropped it off it was working fine. Now I can’t find the camera. A mess.

I cannot express how helpful TechBox was for my technical crisis! I broke a flash drive and lost access to important schoolwork, but they were able to get my connections resoldered and get my data to me. I would recommend them for any and all of your computer repair needs.
Do not waste your hard earned money. Took my iPhone in for repair (cracked screen). A month later my phone was given back with a broken home button. I was patient and brought it back multiple times for him to fix. A MONTH after my first visit, he claims he sent it to a specialist, and that it was fixed. Got home and charged it, still broken. Stay away!!!!
