I have been in law enforcement for quite some time and have been to many uniform places during the course of my career. I recently went to The Cop Shop and was blown away by the customer service. First and foremost, I needed a rush order on a lot of items and the seamstress Patricia customized my vest cover in record time AND it fit perfectly! Maggie walked me through items that I needed and gave great advice and recommendations. Some items that I needed were not initially in stock but were ordered and due in the store in less than a week. Additionally, I even called in an order and it was waiting for me to pick up with no issues. I never knew this company existed and you won’t go wrong coming here. The vibe felt very much like family and the prices were competitively priced.

Been coming here since I got on the job. I've never had an issue and they are very straight forward with everything. If they tell you something will be ready on time, it will be ready on time.
Great selection for anything you may need. Helpful and courteous staff. Prices are reasonable. Convienant hours of business. Have never had a problem and has met my expectations. Will definitely be back.
Excellent experience. Purchased Chicago flag patch and was able to have it sewn on that day. Done 15 minutes later. Appreciate the extra effort.
