Absolutely excellent. I needed to convert an old fashioned slide (cine camera) to a digital image for a funeral and they did it in 10mins.

Pretty good! They are sometimes delayed a few weeks, but the end result is satisfactory. They weren’t able to restore audio to one of our tapes. They also will give a digital video that’s over an hour long even when the digitized content is a minute long. That’s sometimes disappointing. Their DVDs sometimes have the clips in “chapters” but unfortunately their USB videos don’t. They have been able to convert about 10 tapes of ours.
I can't say enough good things about the work Ezra and team do for customers. I've worked with The Digital Convert for years digitizing everything from photo albums, negatives and slides to films and VHS videos... some decades old! From conversion to restoration, there's no one better - and no better customer service - than The Digital Convert.
I've brought photos and slides in twice and both times they were completed on time and looked great. I'm getting another batch together and will definitely bring them here.
