I got engaged in July and married in October of 2020. I had a quick turn around and Nancy made me feel so comfortable from the very first phone call. She was very easy to work, very responsive, and the pricing was fair especially considering we had to make changes along the way as a result of the pandemic. She collaborated with me and assured me every step of the way that the flowers were going to be gorgeous and they were! My sincerest thanks to you, Nancy and the Flower Firm Team!

We worked with Nancy and her team at Flower Firm for our flowers for our wedding this past June 2019. Coming into our first appointment, we didn't really know what we wanted, but had a general idea of the vibe/ color scheme. With the exceptional customer service and attention to detail of Nancy, we were able to transform our Pinterest inspired ideas into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. When I came in to see the samples, my mind was absolutely blown. She and her team are absolute artists. We did lanterns for our centerpieces and the way she put everything together is just amazing. I would strongly recommend her and her team for Wedding Flowers. They made everything easy from day one. Great customer care, always up to date information communicated, perfect product and presentation, and the most honestly priced vendor of our entire wedding!
My wedding florals were ordered from the Flower Firm through Tanta and WOW!-- they were absolutely stunning. I simply sent the FF an inspiration photo and they beautifully executed on the same aesthetic within my budget. The flowers were simple, elegant, and slightly tropical, in a lovely white and green color scheme. They were delivered to the venue on-time and looked perfect, with no damage or wilting. The FF also offered great value for money, as I was able to fill my ceremony and reception space with far more arrangements and floating candles than I would have expected, given my budget!! They even snuck a white king protea into my bridal bouquet, which put me over the moon before I walked down the aisle! Thank you thank you, Flower Firm team. You made my wedding decor remarkable.

Have had two great experiences with The Flower Firm. First, received a gift arrangement - it was exceptional and lasted so long! Second, had the opportunity to meet the staff and see the event space. The staff are great, easy to work with, and the event space is flexible and fun.
My company held an event at Swissotel Chicago in 2019 and used Flower Firm to provide 30 table centerpieces and table arrangements. Their work was amazing! I called and gave them a general idea of color, size and budget and they went above and beyond my expectations. We received many comments about how beautifully they turned out. They delivered on time and with no issues at all, so it took a lot of pressure off of me as an event planner.
Nancy is the best! Worked with us to make my “vision” come to life, they were very accommodating with my tight schedule and pricing. Everything turned out superb...loved all of my wedding florals!! Would use them over and over again!!!
