I am SO very appreciative for the resources The Hatchery provides! Being a startup business, it can be very difficult to navigate processes and obtain information but the Spouts Program has been an invaluable resource to us. Having access to companies that have been there, hear their stories and learn from them (voluntarily) has been so refreshing. Each time I attend a webinar, I feel that I take a piece of information away that I can implement and/or learn to incorporate in our daily process for success. Thank you a million times over for this opportunity!!!

The Hatchery is a wonderful community in Chicago for food entrepreneurs - there are great educational classes, research resources, networking, and the fantastic management team who are really invested in getting your company off the ground and helping it to succeed. I've been to many classes, gotten great mentoring and feedback, used resources, and found great vendor recommendations from the Hatchery, but I haven't used the kitchen. Of course, I've seen the open kitchen many times and it is sparkling clean like the rest of the facility.
