An appt was scheduled for “ASAP” on Saturday 12/5, everything seemed and sounded perfect, until they never showed up. They finally made contact and assured we would get a nurse in home on Sunday 12/6 at 9am. Nobody called, nobody showed up. When I asked what the problem was, it was explained to me that a more urgent situation came up. Well, I have an emergency situation, I have an extremely dehydrated 20 year old. Now they are telling me they don’t treat emergency situations. Well which is it?! We would have gone to the ER yesterday if it weren’t for such POOR SERVICE and LIES. I wouldn’t recommend this company to hydrate my dog, let alone a human being. The service and customer care is absolutely horrid.

My husband made an appointment for our daughter at 11a.m. today for a 7p.m. home visit. A text was sent at 5:23 stating that a nurse was being secured. Within a matter of moments, another text comes through saying that no one is available. So, our money has been paid and from 11 a.m. until now (husband just called to verify the text and to demand a refund at 6:00), there was no one available or no desire to communicate this issue in a reasonable amount of time so that we could have made other arrangements for our daughter?! This is very poor service, not to mention unprofessional. The apology given and the promise of a 15% discount on another booking is not feasible. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. I expect a full refund in a timely matter.
Complete waste of time. Scheduled and paid for a treatment and then they never provided the treatment and took me a week to get a refund of a couple hundred bucks.
The nurse came to my home and at 9pm of all times! Very professional, top notch IV work. I couldn’t recommend it more for you IV Vit C fans.
This place is an absolute joke. There is no way these guys are actual physicians, feels like a place that's ran by a bunch of college kids. ZERO professionalism.
