My boyfriend, two of our friends, and I had a great time tonight at Wooden Spoon. We booked the Korean class and our instructor, Scott, did a wonderful job. The class was very informative and engaging. Everyone had the opportunity to participate and ask questions. Scott did a nice job of distributing tasks among the participants (12 in total) and ensured everyone remained aware of what was going on. Details were shared about the ingredients and how to use them properly. We will definitely be returning for another class.
Really cute little shop for all your baking needs. Very knowledgeable, on-site knife sharpening, and a good spot to pick up those kitchen necessities.
