When my wife didn't receive her biweekly paycheck via direct deposit, on her behalf I contacted her employer who then told me the blame laid with the debit card issuer where the funds were electronically sent to. I attempted to call the card issuer/bank to find the problem, but after 36 hours of nothing but automated phone responses and denied requests for a live representative to speak with to address the problem, we sought a lawyer who dealt with incidences like the one we were experiencing. By the way, we did receive her paycheck a little over 2 days later... From day one, Blake Thomas was curtious, professional and upfront. He clearly explained to us what he did and what we were to expect from his services. They took my case from ankin law office but wasnt on top of there job when the insurance company still calling me because they didnt send paper work Brian thomas is rude tries to talk over you and he withdrew himself from my case because he wasnt doing what he was suppose to do from the start
