Sent them a pristine phone, not only did it take them almost twice as long to process the phone but they stopped responding to emails after initial contact. Then received a lowball offer on a phone that was in pristine condition, however I’ll admit the charger that was included wasn’t original but they made up a bit about the sim tray having to be pried out reducing their offer by 350. Go to buyback world

Scammers! They took my phone to review internally, to give me a quote. The price they offered was hilarious. I took it back and decided to trade elsewhere. After that, both speakers on the phone don't work!
