I started going to what is now known as Trinity Church in June 2017. I was new to the city, and on my first day, I was greeted after the service by incredibly kind people and invited to check out many upcoming events, including a small group. I wanted to jump in and meet others right away, so I attended all of them, and by the end of the week, I felt like I found my place. Every church has its strengths, because every person brings a unique flavor to the table. For me, I didn’t want to be at a place I was simply comfortable in but where I could see myself partnering with others to contribute to God’s kingdom. At Trinity, I knew I could learn a lot from the leadership about knowing God through studying Scripture and give in a relational way by listening to God and loving others in a way that reveals His heart and role as a Father. Obviously, this church is not perfect, but the people are welcoming, genuine, and humble. You'll see one aspect of the church by attending on a Sunday morning, and you'd see more if you decide to get involved. I highly recommend checking it out. It’s very casual, and guests are always welcomed to come and just observe, no matter where they're at in their faith.

I've been going to Trinity for nearly 8 years now, and it is here that I gave my life back to Christ, discovered what true community looks like, and developed a genuine family through God's family. We just moved into a new location, which makes it my 3rd location since joining, and to see God bless us with a real church building has been nothing short of a miracle. The 2 things I love most about TRINITY CHURCH is our worship (contemporary and Spirit filled), and our community (both on a Sunday and during the week). We also have an awesome kids ministry that my children are so excited to go to each and every week!!! Come, meet new people and more importantly, meet with Jesus!!!

This place has become my home away from home here in Chicago. Before moving here, I had asked God to lead me to the right people and the right places, and that is exactly what He has done by bringing me to this church. There are so, so many things that I love about this place but one thing that absolutely amazes me is how balanced the church is in terms of having super solid biblical teaching while also having very free and open worship. Absolutely zero judgment. Just really incredible people who will love you like Jesus loves and help you to grow closer to God! \u003c3

Very friendly people. The service is uplifting and relevant to my daily life. I love the music and you can tell that the staff love what they do here. I am fairly new but I enjoy coming on Sundays and I intend to come regularly.
