Overall nothing special to report. They do take cards for your purchases but you do need to pay cash for the 3 entry fee. I wish they had more signage so you know where you were. But you can use the barcodes on the cars themselves plug them into the website to kind of get an idea of where you are. But besides that is sure every day junkyard. One of my only complaint was they close early sometimes

Terry and rest of the people at Chicago U-Pic-A-Part were an amazing help to Phi Kappa Psi in our last fundraiser, which helped raise over 500 for a school to help fund new science equipment. Terry was a wonderful help and got us a car to use and towed it to and from the location making the entire event much easier and allowed for maximum donation to the school. They helped us pick a car, get it to and from the site and were assisting us in every way possible to assure the event went smoothly. We cannot thank Terry and the entire crew at Chicago U-Pic-A-Part enough for playing such a major role in our fundraiser!

This place is nice and nice car but same the suff are very rough w customer and there is lady her name is salena she is cashier she act like she own this place and she has no respect for customer . I hope samthing change here, because I am taking part 3 to 5 days week here.

Prices are high even if you take the parts off yourself. For example i bout a bumper. And a light that i had some take off for me and the total was 198.89 the staff not much help and not to many good parts but thats my opinion and if you call to see if they have what your looking for they will say yes even though they don't

They are pretty stocked up with many parts for anyone's car so far has always found what is needed.
