I did not like that in order for the adults to be on the floor even to help their kids they had to have wristbands and pay. It was crowded on a Sunday morning at 11. A little difficult and not flmany obstacles for kids under 8 years old. I lot better for older kids. Small place

This place is incredible. Colton does a fantastic job with management. They make planning a party or bringing a group to open play easy. The party hosts and people working on the floor are fantastic with the kids. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. The course is challenging and fun. My daughter had her birthday there and the whole family and guests loved it.

For kids with height and strength, there is so much to do and challenge them. Younger kids will find it quite challenging. They give plenty of warning and training before play begins, and there's still potential for injury, but it's relatively safe. My daughter did have a 5-minute period with an ice pack on her leg, which staff brought over promptly, asking her how she was feeling, and brought her some water. Before long, she was back up and swinging on ropes, having a great time.

This place is super fun, and Im surprised there weren't more adults challenging themselves with their kids. I felt that the floor was a bit understaffed and over crowded during the open gym hours, with many kids that had never been taught how to take turns/wait in line. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the gym clean.
