We won't be using United Quick anymore. The last few reservations have had issues. Last weekend, the bus never showed, and because it was a Saturday, there was no one in the office to take my call. The voicemail box was also full. Another time, they only sent 1 bus instead of two. Last year, we were 30 minutes late to a scheduled event. When I receive a reservation confirmation with an error on it, they don't send me the corrected version. We've given them a few opportunities because everyone makes mistakes, but we've been disappointed too many times.

Where do I start? the communication is horrible, the bus driver for my daughters route is horrible, always late never on time and when on time leave within a minute of arrival leaves and I know that there’s a five minute wait but like today she arrived as my child goes to get on the driver left in less then a minute. And I know there is a 5 minute wait Because I was told by one of the drivers last year, whom was amazing at the route that my daughter had and we miss him very much. Unfortunately he is no longer on my daughters route this year and ever since that started this year it has been horrible completely horrible kids are left behind, times have changed without informing us that the the time changed for pick up. When you Call the customer service some of them are nice some of them are ignorant and horrible to talk too. They don’t listen at what you’re telling them, you could be saying it in the most nicest way possible and they get you to a point where you start getting agitated with them because they’re not trying to listen to you instead they are trying to over talk you and instead of listening. They know for a fact that the driver has a lot of issues with timing and just so much. Like today I got told by someone maybe your child shouldn’t miss the bus then! Wait a minute my child did not miss the bus much I was on her way to the bus and she pulled off on her so how does she missed the bus when your driver pulls off in less than a minute of arrival it’s ridiculous. It is also ridiculous that the children are calling each other on their cell phones to let them know hey I’m on the bus at the bus is on the way to you be paying attention because they know that this lady either shows up late or doesn’t show up at all or if she does show up she leaves automatically within less than a minute. They need to change their attitude and listen to us the parents, I know if I’m wrong I am wrong and own up to it but this bus service can careless about the kids and school!

My child was almost hit by a car twice because the bus driver refuses to pick my child up in front of my house. He parks across the street....I've reached out to the company on several occasions as well as left my number for the supervisor to call me and she never did call me. Which makes me wonder....if my child would've gotten hit! Who's liable???? If the protocol is to pick the child up in front of the house, why isn't that communicated with the driver.
