Been through a few times, my experience has been wonderful and all the experiences of those I know have been good. They obviously have to take security measures due to O'Hare being a major International, Domestic, and Cargo Airport.

Been there a few times this year with my family members and usually had good experiences. These people work tirelessly and thanklessly and process an incredible amount of people, so IMO you have to take that into consideration.

Horrible experience. I'm not usually someone who expects good customer service cause I know how exhausting it can be to put on a smile all day when you don't want to. But all the staff here are borderline confrontational, they're all on a power trip and treat you like a criminal. This isn't even mentioning what happens if you're denied entry. They wouldn't even let me keep my glasses on. They don't even do that to you in prison. I know everyone is just doing their job but a small amount of understanding goes a long way. From the moment I got off the plane I was treated poorly.

Made a phone call to talk through options for an upcoming group arrival, bluntly put on hold more than once, call lasted less than 2 minutes as he was unwilling to discuss anything. Told me the couple of things I asked, \were not going to happen\. So, even the office personnel here live up the reputation of being rude and arrogant government workers.

Government or not they need to do the job there are there for. DONT make it personal no one goes through an airport on a personal basis they go through to ATTEND personal issues or business. Think of it if the tables were turned would they like the same treatment? its just easier to do what it right and leave problems and other personal attachments at home. Nice does not cost anything and I like to think Kama comes in many forms.
