You are only allowed 5 debit transactions per month. It's 1 per debit after that, so you have to remember to use your debit card as a credit card when making purchases. On-line banking goes down a lot.

So far so fair. Dividends for Share (Savings) accounts aren't robust to encourage saving.

This CU stepped in and helped federal employees subjected to the oppressive 2018-19 government shutdown in a way that few financial institutions (and certainly not banks) would. The peace of mind they gave me during that difficult time was a Godsend. Always had courteous and helpful customer service as well, in the nearly 10 years I have been a member. I intend to stay with them for keeps.
