Nihari and the kheer are one of the best in devon. They also have an extensive menu from traditional pakistani dishes and grill items and have a Chinese menu and steak and burgers. They also have outdoor seating and plenty of seating inside with social distance due to covid 19. Look out for deals like them on Facebook and they usually have special deals on certain days like BOGO offers or specials. Im giving them 5 stars based on the quality of food of nihari and kheer. Usmania has been around for a long time and some of the staff has been around for a long time. Most of the staff is nice and attentive considering desi restaurants are not consistent in service.

We went for dinner on sunday and lunch on monday. The food was excellent both days and the service by Br. Rafee was outstanding. He was very hospitable and our kids also got masks and lanyards. We also got a lot of food packed to bring back to MN . Everything was packed very nicely. Highly recommend. :)
Awesome service, great food. Really nice and clean dining area. Everyone wearing masks. Tried bihari kabab paratha roll for lunch. It was really good and huge, medium spicy. Saffron tea is amazing. Salman, the host, was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back and try handi items, Balochi chargha and kheer alongwith gyro rolls. I would like them to add a super spicy chutney/sauce option for people who crave really hot food.
I have been to Usmania fine dining way back but I am writing about most recent experience from carryout I ordered at Usmania. We ordered a Karahi Gosht which was delicious and Usmania Chicken which was good. Overall, the pick up time was good, quality of food was good and quantity was good as well. Dishes were really delicious as well. Would love to eat here once Covid is done.
Food is not as good as it used to be and they are using pandemic as an excuse to charge more. Also they include tip of their own choice in the check/bill without telling you which is very unfair, and if you put more tip they won't tell you that you have already been charged. I understand some people are cheap and they don't tip but they have to be transparent in billing which seems like they aren't. The servers are not trained to do their jobs at all and they are not respectful nor they know about the foods and the menu and also are on the phone talking to friends while serving. Some regular dishes does not even have the price which means you could be charged whatever. The receptionist girl that we paid the check to was not honest either.
