This company does not response to emails, phone calls or text messages when your job is at all complicated. They install TVs, because the jobs are quick . Home camera systems are low priority. Horrible customer service.

Very professional service
Called to get assistance troubleshooting video connection problems. The guy who answered was asking me questions about what I needed, the guys accent was hard to understand over the phone, so I told him I would tell him what I needed and then he could tell me if he could help. I did so, and asked him if he was able to help or not, he was not professional and I would not trust him to come to my house.
