Fake news, and they deleted all the comments that called them out on their bull on the main site here on google maps. Can't take the heat, can you? Own up. We are no longer going to be silent.
I found customer service to be poor and inflexible.
There's no option to cancel your account on their website. Sending an email to their customer service won't work, they also force you to call in. Feels like a scam.
