I was returning a phone call that I received from someone named Matt who wanted to discuss about my application. A gentleman by the name of Marc picked up the phone and I proceeded to explain why I was calling. I wasn’t too sure if i was being offered a position at this job so I said I was calling for possible employment and Marc told me “ ok well first of all when you call you should be confident in what you are calling in for, don’t pretend like you don’t know what the reason is. So are you sure you’re calling for employment before i transfer your call or do you want to think about it.” I was honestly left speechless because I’ve had similar encounters over the phone and no one has ever spoken to me like this. I don’t think it was necessary to explain myself and on top of that I don't believe my response was a reason to upset him and have him talk to me the way he did. I’m not too sure why it doesn’t let me reply to your message but i’m just going to edit my review, I didn’t just hang up on you Mark, you asked me if I wanted to think about my response or transfer me to Matt and I told you I was not interested anymore. I had a great experience with a home health aide from Water Tower Nursing. Very professional and I would recommend them to my own family members. Queenie was exceptional!
