Went to see Comedy Fest with Cedric, Deon, Eddie. The comedians were great; the organization of the arena was not. My good friend parked on the street, which was perfect as it was free and we're able-bodied to walk to the arena, so we didn't deal with the absolute horror of parking in the garages. I could only walk by and shake my head as the traffic continued to build. The line to get to the entrance of the building to security and ticket checking was around the building. I couldn't believe an arena of this magnitude allowed for such a state of unpreparedness and lack of organization. We remained in that line for over 45 mins in the cold and drizzling rain. Also, guests did not help out bringing large unnecessary bags to an event. Let's learn to keep it simple, ladies, just a phone/keys/ID/CC. Inside of the arena was fine, with no issues for the most part. Screens were a bit small and the sound wasn't too great. Exiting was also unorganized. Fun fact, this place was such a mess, my friend and I were able to go right through security and to our seats without getting tickets checked. Amazing!

Across the street parking was very convenient. Better signage could be nice. View was great. Narrow concourse and small bathrooms.

This arena is so great for basketball games. There aren't really any bad seats. I've sat in most sections. I went a Comedy Show here and the sound was awful. There was reverb and echo so I couldn't hear the acts (the echo and sound overlapped so you heard nothing). In comedy you have to hear to enjoy. A audience member yelled \SOUND\ and still nothing was done. I'm afraid to visit for a concert. It may be another waste of money.

The venue was nice and the sound was clear. Leaving was hectic. It took me over 30 minutes to leave. They need to come up with a better system. Overall I had a nice time.

I visited the newly built Wintrust Arena for the first time to see the Chicago Sky women's basketball team. What a beautiful place and a exciting game. Plenty of space, good seating, vendor variety with good prices , nearby parking , plenty of spacious restrooms and personable staff. I had a great time. Worth visiting for various venues.
