I love this Boutique! I've been shopping from them for 2-3 years now, and I am always so happy with my purchases. Whether I need something for a festival, holiday, and special occasions, this boutique has it all! Sofia, the owner, is also extremely helpful and has a great eye for fashion. I recommend this place for your fashion!

I have been wanting to shop here for myself ... shapewear to be specific so my guy and i stopped here last night .... and all I have to say is whoever the lady behind the counter is ... she is absolutely rude, unpleasant, unprofessional.

I had to file an official complaint with this location. On yesterday, I visited this location with my friends only to receive horrible service from their associate Danny. Upon entering the store, we did not see anyone so we proceeded to look for the items we desired to purchase. As I found the fatal skirt I planned on purchasing in the drawers, Danny surfaced and did not greet me, but proceeded to push the drawer closed stating that this was not a self-serve store. There was zero signage indicating such, nor anyone present to let us know. It wasn't like we were trying items on. I was looking for my size among prepackaged items. Associates do not know who is entering the store and should treat all customers respectfully. Sadly, she lost a sale that day, but she likely didn't want black money anyway.

To be accurate I love the store and think the manager is a rank amateur, Sharon, the manager does not understand the meaning of good customer service. I spent over 600 in less than 10 days when an item I had my eye on went on sale, I had been in before and asked Sharon to call me when the sale was taking place, she did not. The second point is there is a program where if you spend 600 you get a 30 credit I asked her about that and she said would clientele me and take care of that, she did not at least not until I called three times. Also and THIS is a big deal, she talks about other clients and told me what one of them spent and who the person was and that the woman's mother paid for it....Wake up woman this is a no-no for ANY high end boutique, if it were not for Alice and the other wonderful sales staff I would not even go into the shop. Unfortunately its back to Oak Street for me, which is where my mother bought all her Wolford and some lovely things for me.

This review may strike you as odd. I discovered this boutique in December 2012. I absolutely love the clothes and the sales associates are very helpful. My problem is the service after the sale. I have made several purchases that qualified me to receive vouchers toward future purchases. I have yet to receive them after 5 months. The store manager told me in March that there was a glitch in the system and to be patient. So here it is May. I have called the store multiple times never to get an answer. In my frustration, I called corporate. The representative jotted down the details of my dilemma and asked that I allow a week to get a response. That was 2 weeks ago.
