I need to update and be clear about this review, eric the manager at zales in ford city is 100% absolutely amazing. He is the epitome of what it means to give great customer service. I will only shop at the store he is managing as i know he is instilling the same quality in his team. I never question his knowledge and he is always honest. So when you need anytype of jewelry service stop in and you will walk out a very happy customer.
Thank you Zales, I finally was able to get the ring of my dreams. I watched this ring over the years and explained to my husband that it is on clearance now. He surprised me with it on our 21st wedding anniversary. Thank you Bill for making it a seamless, joyfu, and celebratory experience!
This was my first time at this location and it an awful experience. I personally love zales and I have purchased thousands of dollars over the years. I bought a necklace for my anniversary and when I asked the sales man to wrap my box (like the usually do). The sales man didn't want to wrap it. Stay away from this store!
It’s 10:12 am and the employees are inside making people waiting outside I just ask them at what time they open and and the lady told me 10 more minutes. So they don’t open at 10:00 they actually open at 10:20 or so.
