Pricey but very professional and nice service. Love the many kinds of sauces and fresh food. Our waiter told us that one kind of the mushroom we already ordered and had it on table is unfresh (we were happily enjoying the food that didn’t notice it at all). He apologized and offered the full mushroom dish (including some other mushrooms) free for us. The smoothie bunny is our favorite. Refreshing and smooth taste. I love the enthusiastic and always ready-to-serve waiters and waitresses. Will definitely come again!!!!!

So the hot pot experience is fun and unique. However I didn't love the food. It's probably my taste, and if there was a soup base I was interested in eating I may have enjoyed it more. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! You get aprons, hair ties and phone bags to protect you and your belongings from the hot oil. It was nice to be taken care of.
AMAZING SERVICE! We are so impressed! Evan was such a great waiter and made our experience perfect. From the beginning with the hostess we were well taken care of. When we were seated, we were given aprons to protect our clothes, a plastic pouch for our mask, a towelette, & a hair tie!!! Although Evan was the only waiter there that night, he was still so attentive to us! There was a dance performance and their dancing noodles was also a great experience. The food was great! Very good quality and lots of things to choose from. They have a sides and sauces station also! We left very satisfied and full. The price was also so good for our group of 6 and we’re just amazed the whole time at the service and experience. Their bathroom even had mouthwash, floss, combs, makeup remover, etc. The place was clean, socially distanced, and very thought out. Overall we absolutely enjoyed the food, service and experience and are excited to be back! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
Amazing experience. For their first day of service, they did an amazing job. Staffs were so polite. Everyone has mask on the whole entire time. Food was wrapped in plastics until they touch our table. Social distancing all the tables making guests feel safe and welcoming at the same time. Truly remarkable. The food was so good and will come back soon.
Impeccable service. Almost felt like we had a private valet at our table. Incredibly attentive. Maybe the employees there treat their customers better because they are stress free and happy, since robots actually serve you the food, giving the human laborers more time to be concierges of smiles.
A very incredible experience. This is my 2nd time experiencing hotpot in my life. Both times in Chicago. This place takes the cake. The service was unlike anything I’ve had before. The food was timely and delicious. I went as a group of 5 and the entire dinner was a wonderful experience. Be sure to ask any questions you have! The staff is friendly and super kind. If you’ve never had hotpot, this is probably the epitome of the best hotpot.
Absolutely amazing. My friend and I heard of this place from TikTok, and we weren't disappointed! The food was incredible but the hospitality was even better! Would 100% recommend!
My friends and I went tonight and we were absolutely floored by the place. The service is immaculate. From the minute we entered, they were so welcoming. We really felt it was an experience from the minute we took a step. Evan, our waiter, was so tentative. They had dancers and a robot that brought our food to us which was so cool. But really it was the service that WOW’d us. The food was super amazing and every little detail in this place just showed how much they care. I would go here again and again and again. 10/10. A must go.
