Great place not only to box, but to workout also. I personally only do the fitness classes. I love the upbeat atmosphere and the diversity. I never feel like I have to look or be a certain way to attend the classes, everyone is so welcoming. Classes are never boring and there's always something new on the agenda! I feel like everyone is family!

I literally have worked out at a gazillion places and have never felt so: 1. Included. I love how the gym have people from so many different backgrounds all coming together to sweat together! 2. Motivated. Seeing everyone put forth such an effort and not feel intimidated, but at the same time feeling challenged, it is inspiring! 3. Comfortable. The gym isn't about the superficial. It is about REAL RAW BEAUTIFUL (inside and out). This is an AMAZING culture! 4. Like family. I love that Char and Ray own the gym together, take each other's classes, support each other and support me and my husband! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!
I've been coming to Beast Mode faithfully since 2015. Rey and Char are so motivating and encouraging. I've lost 109lbs in this 2 year period. If you want an amazing workout you need to check them out.
The program that Char and Rey have put together are top notch. They challenge me and others regardless of fitness level and have built a great community for us to get in shape. Thanks!
Perfect place to workout and meet great people. I enjoy every time i go and the trainers are so helpful you never feel out of place. Just one Big Family trying to get in shape thank you so much.
Truly the most I've sweated in my lifetime. Great classes that offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to help you active goals.
