I wish that there was a way to leave negative stars. From my perspective W Gilbert Engineering are thieves. I contracted with them to start engineering for a septic system In May of 2018. Gave them a 2500 deposit, and Have had NO RESPONSE from them. at one point in September I called them and was told that they were busy but would get back to me soon. It is now December, and I can't get anything from them. They have done no work on my project and now it is the rainy season. I have demanded the return of my money, but nothing has been forthcoming... They have not even contacted me. From my experience with W Gilbert, I would recommend RUNNING from them!
