Welcome new addition to Chicopee. Staff is great, store is clean, service is good. I will say whoever the contractor was that installed their internal signage did a terrible job. The sign flickers so much it makes you nauseous. But everything else about this place is great.
I rarely review chains, but my experience here was great. Staff was attentive and organized. Food came out fast and the kitchen was spotless. Everyone worked in an clockwork fashion and we were enjoying our lunch in no time. I feel I would have expired from malnutrition in the long, winding, serpentine, \Chic fil a\ line across the street.
All though it took them longer then usual ,food was hot and fresh ..
