Your service, especially response time as well as communication, is SUB PAR. First your truck is in Forest Hills. Then it’s in a completely different area, then it’s broken. Which one is it. It is unacceptable to provide such poor customer service. Was is so difficult to answer the phone or at least call back? This is not the first time we’ve had this experience with you and frankly, the last time we will be using your service. Being responsible and honest when it comes to the whereabouts of the oil truck and delivery time instead of being dishonest, is just as important as the cost of your oil. If I can give Zero stars, I would.

Nasty attitude, rude and scheduling all over the place
Stop blocking the roads! We are waiting behind for 10 minutes while their truck is double parked in one lane street. People run late to work because of this company.
