The front desk staff is horrible. I can certainly understand why families leave her practice for other pediatricians in the area. When you need a return to school note for kids the staff wont send it until the end of the day. Seriously, who can't draft a return to school letter. For goodness sake they already have a template for it and don't need to create one from scratch. The professionalism seems like a foreign concept in this practice. Trust me I understand the need for safety concerns given the Covid19 situation but everyone else is not working from home and it would be nice for the office staff to which there are at least 3 working the front desk to actually man the email box and reply to parents.

It’s been years that I’ve been a patient here, time after time you start to feel the decline in service. This time was by far the worst experience an I vow never to return. They first started off by attempting to sell us masks to enter the doctors office WOW! Then charging to fill out forms that’s no longer covered by insurance ? Now as I sit at the front desk while waiting on the receptionist to help me out she rather let me do her job instead. Receiving information from here is like pulling teeth from a child. Completely disgusted after 20 years later smh just sad. Use to love this doctor

Dr. Sinha is not that bad. She doesn't spend a lot of time with you or give you any details but she's nice. But the front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. I decided that I might want to switch pediatricians because of the front desk staff so I called and asked what I needed to do to get my son's medical record sent to the new pediatrician. I never asked to cancel my appointment and never confirmed that I was switching yet but they shut my entire account down and cancelled my appointment without telling me and then I had issues trying to get my son's medical record to the new pediatrician. I would not recommend Children First because of all of the issues I had to deal with communicating with the front desk staff.

I am very shocked to even see negative reviews for Dr. Sinha. She was my pediatrician for my two siblings and myself for years until we all grew up. Now as a mom, I take all 3 of my kids to her, she is great! She listens to all of my concerns and makes sure i understand everything. I think people take her the wrong way when she tells you things without sugarcoating it. Like,I was in denial about my son's speech issues, and she told me straight up that he needed help ASAP. My feelings were not hurt whatsoever, she genuinely cares and wants parent to take action. LOVE her, and her staff is always nice and friendly.

I love love love Dr. Sinha! She is so kind and caring. It's hard to find a doctor that understands what a parent goes through with children. I always get appointments right away, I never wait more than ten minutes for an appointment, the staff is phenomenal and Dr. Sinha has such a sweet and joyful spirit. It's almost too good to be true, but it is! Words aren't enough to explain how much of a great doctor she is. If you need a doctor for your child, go to Dr. Sinha you will not be disappointed. I have four kids and visit her office ALL THE TIME and not once have I felt like a bother. Dr. Sinha is amazing!!
