The quality of patient care at this place is absolutely disgusting. It’s impossible to get help when you have an issue, the doctors are impossible to reach, the staff flat out refuses to help you resolve issues. My son received an MRI order that was written incorrectly over two weeks ago, I have called the office as well as the imaging center, as well as the neurology staff‘s nurse every single day since and no one has been able to help us resolve this issue. The doctor was very nice but the issues are not worth the bedside manner.

Always a great experience. Dr. Kovacevic Is amazing and always listens! She goes above and beyond for my child Office is always clean. Staff is always sweet and kind. Highly recommend if your child is having urology issues!

Took my daughter here, our first visit we waited almost 2 hours to be scene. The doctor comes in and says surgery, great ok. We schedule surgery and the staff forgets to pass it along. I never would have even known she wasn’t schedule for surgery had I not called to get a doctors note to release her from school. Will not come back. Will find someone better who is a lot closer to my home. Do not recommend this place to anyone !!

This place is horrible. Walked in the facility with no workers to be found. Stood at front desk for 15 mins then a women walks pasts me and ignores me. Then when the receptionist calls us up I cannot understand her.
