The hospital itself is great but y’all’s phone directory is a CF, someone needs to get that organized. My wife and I have to spend 45 minutes on the phone getting redirected 5 times to get to a voicemail box. It’s a waste of time. Direct #s to reach the clinician’s office we need would be preferable.

Absolutely amazing doctors! My son has quite a few specialists and my daughter has a few, they pay very close attention to my children, and care about their health and well-being! My son also has a case manager and she is amazing. We are so glad to have her part of the team she's helpful, resourceful, and the best part is my son loved seeing her every time we're there. I've gone through CHKD down in Hampton Roads and they only looked at my child like a paycheck I will never put them back through CHKD again and I will continue to travel to VCU Children's Hospital of Richmond no matter what. I learned more about my son seizure disorder in 20 minutes then I did Will CHKD through 4 years.

Went with a relative to take her child for treatment. Sixth floor check in person had mask down under her nose then pulled it completely down. When I asked her to put it up, she refused. Several construction workers came out of construction area, two had no mask at all. Several had mask pulled down. Very sad.

Everything is in one place the doctors are really really good in working with the kids. They also have a lot of information for parents.

The Craniofacial specialists especially Dr. Rhodes are a great team and really make sure you are being taken care of. All the nurses and supporting staff is great and the parking is easy b/c it's in the same building and the valet if you need it is only 5.
