Kristina, the lactation consultant was so great. She came and checked on me frequently, and also later spoke to me when I was back at pediatrics. She also called to check on me after I got discharged which made me feel like she really cared. The whole labor and delivery team was amazing.

This place is the worst, every time I called it takes me a hour to actually speak to a live person. Then I have to get then someone answer the phone and when i explain that I had been trying to get a person for an hour they walks over and tell someone to answer the phone. Then someone answer. trying to get medication was a whole another task it took me three weeks just to get appointment then another two weeks just to get the medication right. again never speak to a live person always received the answer service. I would not recommend this place if you do not have patience of a saint.

My 12 year old son is a patient at the Mountainside, NJ location. As a matter of fact, I switched all of his specialty doctors here including his pediatrician. Now we just go to one place for all of his medical needs. Extremely clean and sanitized. All staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and accommodating. My son is a patient for life! (Or until he turns 18

I’d like to post the photo of the screenshot of my 20 minute hold time That “the estimated hold time is 10 minutes. I went physically to the hospital to schedule this for my daughter who has autism and the girl told me they’re not scheduling in person. APPARENTLY THRYRE NOT SCHEDULING ANYTHING AT ALL ANY WAY. NO PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED IN 4 days. I’m not allowed to schedule in the hospital. I am so frustrated with this place.
