COULD NOT be more happy with how staff always treats me. Champs in ALL locations really have a great selection for the average consumer AND sneaker heads like myself. SHOP CHAMPS, SHOP CHAMPS, SHOP CHAMPS... It's the only place in the town to stay kitted up in nice threads.

I'm a shoe guy. They don't hold a candle in comparison to Footlocker when it comes to selection or the latest drops. Almost never have my size in stock if anything does tickle my fancy. I want to love this place but I just can't. What it does have going for it is the staff. They're always ready and willing to help.

I went to champs looking for a nice pair of walking shoes.I found a really awesome pair of Reebok Classics 1983's. It's the best looking pair of Reeboks I've seen in 30 years. They are really comfortable. The salesman was really cool and patient with me. They have so many pairs of shoes that I wanted to buy. Then we had a hard time finding me the right fit, but he looked until he found the right one for me. Champs has an excellent selection of all different brands of shoes. They also have alot of really nice workout clothes and jogging suits. I will definitely keep buying all of my shoes and accessories from Champs. Champs the GREATEST SPORTS STORE to make you feel like a Champ.

I have waited a few days to post this hoping I would cool off. My son was in your store last evening and had a horrible experience. I am actually shocked the way it was handeled. He tried to purchase an item which was going to cost around 53.00 or so. The girl was having issues with her register and ran his debit card not twice but three times . ALL three times it showed up on my sons app that it was on his bank account as a charge. My son got upset wanted to speak to the MANAGER who would not come out to talk to him and the cashier again ran the card a fourth time. And yes again it was on his account as a charge. She consulted with a co worker who was trying to calm my son down telling him it would come off his account in three days. Then at the end of all this they would not let him have his purchase which he was charged four times for. I might add one of the four charges was for 56.00 and not 53.00 . Where the extra charge came in is unknown. Today my son called their corporate office and spoke to a rep who acted like this was no big deal to them . Very sad when a manager wont come out and handle a customer let alone the attitude with corporate. The entire charges was around 240.00 or so to them this may not be a biggie but to someone who works their butt off it is!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
