Went in with a tire with a slow leak and could not find my lug nut lock wrench( did not know there was such a thing) Chris P and some others helped me hunt for it and then gave me options and prices for ordering one or removing it and replacing with a traditional lug nut. Very helpful and informative (I decided on removing the lug nut lock to elimate future issues) They fixed my tire and even washed my car (without me even having to ask!) Always friendly and helpful and makes me feel like a valued customer. Great job Chris and Nourse service dept.

I was disappointed when i got the bill. There were extra hours of diagnostic on the bill. The original hour of diagnostic that I was told would count towards the repair hours if I had you do the repair was still on my bill. Chris did lower the bill 100. But I wasn’t going to stand there and debate even though I still felt I was charged more labor hours than quoted.
