I absolutely love your staff and especially the manager over the fish Dept. I see her often. Always smiling and so very knowledgeable! Love her the best. I'm sorry I forgot her name. Great place. I quit going to petland because of your staff! The only thing I wish you carried is cherry shrimp. You only carry ghost shrimp.

It was nice to go inside and loved the experience , but the only negative experience i has was the car salesman type trickery they tried to pull to sign up for dog training classes , I was interested but they was very very pushy to get me to sign without giving time to think about it. And if I didn't then I was going to mis out on a great deal. Next to that they was probbly going to get 5. However I personally prefer ed the pet land down the road .
Very helpful staff! I had a question about my betta fishes fin rot and they sent me to an employee who gave me multiple options of how to fix it! Prices of the supplies and animals are lower then other near by stores and cages are always clean and pets look healthy!
Ordering online was easy, selection and prices are FANTASTIC, service was fast and accurate. I was impressed by the quality of merchandise and the speed with which my order was filled. I also loved having the order brought to my car. I inherited a guinea pig at the last minute and all I had for her was a cage. I was able to order everything I needed and have it delivered to my car, which was necessary because I had her in the car with me and didn't want to leave her in the hot car while I went inside the store to shop.
Took our new dog to get groomed. They did a great job with him.
