Made an appointment to get 4 tires mounted, balanced, plus an alignment. (Make sure to have an appointment if possible as the place is generally busy). I had no wait at all with appointment set up. Customer service was exceptional. The manager was up front in telling me he wanted to make sure he had plenty of time to get the alignment just right as it can be tricky with Audi. I had no problem with him wanting to make sure he could stand behind the work and it was done right. They were true to the time frame promised and I have been driving it for 2 months now with exceptional results. Definitely 100% satisfied with this location and will be returning in the future.

I had never been to a tire discounters before, but now that I have, there is nowhere else I'll shop for tires. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the time to have your new tires installed is the fastest bar-none. I highly recommend making an appointment at least 24 hours prior to needing a service done because they do seem to get rather busy, but it is certainly worth looking into if you're needing some new snow tires this winter!
The customer service I received was out of this world. Honestly, 1-10 they are a 20. It is a long process for tires, rotation, front and back wipers. Me with a 6 year old dancing on the ceiling by the time it was finished I was tired and ready to go. I probably wasn't smiling anymore....but the staff never changed the tone of his voice, he was still so polite as if I just walked in. Then I had to come back because the suggested manufacture windshield wipers weren't cleaning my windshield in one spot. The two gentleman helping me switched the wipers out until we found the wipers that worked. All of this still with a smile on their faces. Anywhere else I would be treated as if I was bothering someone. That's just what you get these days. Well not at this tire discounters location. They were awesome. I'll be back, and I've told everyone to come here when they get their sets for winter!
Did a good job on alignment. Not happy when I was told I needed new struts. Went to my dealer, they told me everything was ok.
