I was searching for my new fur baby only I wanted an adult cat. I found Andes at the shelter. Well I found a lot of special critters at the shelter The staff working with me were so wonderful. They new the stories and personalities of each animal which helped me decide on Andes. She is very shy but very loving. Thank You so much for helping us fill our home with love again.

Very friendly and very clean! Picked up the sweetest boy ever and he came with everything up to date, well documented portfolio, and food! They take great care of their animals and are well calculated and precise with the medications their animals require. Very impressed with how business is ran here! 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I have now adopted our second furry friend from Eastshore. The staff are extremely caring, knowledgeable and most importantly forthcoming with your furry friends, behaviour and medical history. They provide feline enrichment and a fun, clean environment for the animals. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Eastshore Humane Society. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do.

Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Rochelle(I think her name was) was absolutely amazing!! My daughter and I came to meet a certain kitty but she showed/ told us her story and how she probably wouldn’t do well with children. Also told her that the cat was going to be a ESA cat, so she showed us a few kitties she thought would be purrfect. We ended up adopting this little guy (Lightning... now Remington) only a few days home and he’s already an amazing little guy. Especially loves cuddles with me which is exactly what I was looking for in a cat.

The Eastshore Humane Society took very good care of us during the whole adoption process of of the new member of our family. Our miniature schnauzer Molly is the perfect addition to our home. When we picked her, they integrated us with her for a while so she could get used to us and vice versa. That was genius! I think that is why she loves us so much now. She is so well behaved and listens like no other dog would have ever done. They did a tremendous job with her and with all that work, I must give them a BIG THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! We are now a complete family\u200d.The Eastshore Humane Society get my recommendation for sure on all counts!
