Melissa is phenomenal! We brought her a cuckoo clock that hung in my husband's childhood home for many years but hadn't cuckooed in quite some time. Not only was her service fast, it was absolutely perfect. Our clock has now been restored to it's original beauty and we can't thank Melissa enough! We will definitely return with our clocks in the future.

I recently bought a kit-cat clock from this business, and everything about it is perfect! The experience of getting it and setting it up was wonderful too! It was extremely well packaged! The owner is an extremely sweet and considerate person, and she walked me through all the set up steps, and did so very nicely! You can tell that she really cares about the clocks and making sure everyone has a fantastic experience. Best customer service out there! And the clock is great! I’ve been showing it to everyone I know! If anyone I know ever needs a clock, I will make sure to refer them to this wonderful business!!! :)

Melissa was wonderful to deal with. We've always loved cuckoo clocks, but, sad to say, our old one didn't survive our latest move and was beyond repair, even for Melissa's skills. But she was able to find an awesome replacement clock and we couldn't be happier.
Great!!! Had 2 wall clocks. Replaced main spring on one and cleaned/oiled both. Couldn't be happier with knowledge and customer service. HIGHLY recommend.
